Is it just me, or does starting a new blog post on a spankin’ new site feel awkward?
For a while now I have been contemplating moving my domain. When I first entered the blogging world, I knew only a fraction of what I know now. With my little blog growing, I have felt the need to move to a more functional site for a while now. I have really been fighting this because of the years of content I have at my first home, MARIE NICOLE DESIGNS.
What really made me shift gears and change, though, is that I needed to be more efficient with my blogging, and I didn’t want to fight certain hurdles for even longer before going this route anyway, which I know would eventually happen.
So here we are! At a brand new site!
Let me re-introduce myself to you, since we have a fresh new beginning here! My name is Marie Nicole. I’ve been blogging and been active in the crafting community for about 4 years now.
2 years ago, I jumped deeper into the online craft world by joining the CANVAS CORP BRANDS Creative Crew as a designer on their team. I am still with CANVAS CORP BRANDS and I have LOVED every second of it! They are an amazing company with some even more amazing people behind the scenes. I have made some lasting connections through their team. Today, I am not only a design team member anymore, but I also do some blogging and social media for them as well. Cool, huh? Here are a few of my favorite projects that I have done for CANVAS CORP BRANDS:
After being on the Creative Crew at CCB for about a year, I also joined the INSPIRATION TEAM for BRUTUS MONROE. I have LOVED this team! I do more home decor and DIY for CCB, but Brutus Monroe allows me to also feed my stamping and cardmaking addiction. They have the best stamps around and some other great crafting items as well! I’ve also been able to make lasting friendships here, as well. Here’s a few projects that I have done for BRUTUS MONROE:
YOU ARE MY FAVORITE ADVENTURE
I hope this gives you a little insight into my creative home in the blogging world. Please stick around as I hope to grow this new site, and to better share with the crafting community!
Until next time,
