Mini Valentine's Cards made with Brutus Monroe's Stamp Club Stamps. Hey, Foxy!Β This cute little fox is included in the stamp set, along with the sentiments, “Hey Foxy” and “xoxo”, a little heart image, and a tiny bow. You can use the bow to make your fox look masculine OR feminine like I did here, just by placing it on different locations on the fox!

Brutus Monroe Stamp Club. Hey Foxy. Marie Nicole Designs. First, I stamped out the fox using BRUTUS MONROE EMBOSSING INK and then embossing it in RAVEN BLACK POWDER. After I was done embossing, I colored the fox in using my Zig Watercolor Brush Pens.

I fussy cut the fox and set him aside as I used the “xoxo” sentiment from the set to create a repeating background in light grey ink. I like the tone-on-tone look that gives! Then, I added a strip of washi tape, adhered the fox with foam adhesive, and added the sentiment on a strip of vellum paper. For the sentiment, I embossed it in BRUTUS MONROE GILDED EMBOSSING POWDER (my favorite powder ever!).

Brutus Monroe Stamp Club. Hey Foxy. Marie Nicole Designs. I created this next card much the same way, only I stamped a different background and colored the fox in more feminine colors. She is also popped up on foam adhesive and I placed the bow in her hair instead of on her neck.

If you didn’t want to use the fox, you can also make some fun cards with just the images in the set! I used the heart and stamped it in a repeating pattern, again using EMBOSSING INK and GILDED POWDER, and then filled in the embossed hearts with some Pink Nuvo Drops. I love that dimensional pattern on the card! You could then add the recipient’s name or a fun sentiment on top. Or, just leave it as is, like I did!

Brutus Monroe Stamp Club. Hey Foxy. Marie Nicole Designs.Β I hope this gives you a few fun ideas and shows you just how versatile even a small stamp set can be!
