Altenew- Fine Bouquet Die, Everlasting Happiness, A Walk in the Woods- Marie Nicole Designs

My first card here features the FINE BOUQUET DIE. I think floral dies are a must in any crafter’s stash- they are so versatile! I used the die here to create a very simple card. I cut the die several times from black and a soft grey cardstock. I then used the black outline of the flower, and filled in the petals with the soft grey cardstock.

I arranged the flowers on top of some slate cardstock, which is a green-grey color. The die is able to be changed easily- I simply trimmed off some of the branches around the flower and layered those pieces in different places on the card.

The sentiment is stamped and embossed in some gold embossing powder, using a sentiment from the new EVERLASTING HAPPINESS STAMP SET.

My next card is stamped with the EVERLASTING HAPPINESS STAMP SET. This set has two floral wreaths or rings, one is much larger than an A2 card front, and the other is much smaller. I think the large ring would be so pretty to use on a scrapbook page as a frame for a photo! Here, I just stamped the two rings over each other using some RAVEN DETAIL INK, and then did some simple alcohol marker coloring.

The sentiment is again stamped and embossed in GILDED EMBOSSING POWDER, and I finished the card by adding a few white Nuvo drops to the centers of the flowers. So simple, but so pretty!

For my last card, I created one very similar to the one we just looked at, only I also combined the wood grain background from the WALK IN THE WOODS STAMP SET. I stamped just a portion of the design coming up from the bottom of the card, and fading out into the florals that I stamped from the EVERLASTING HAPPINESS STAMP SET.

I used a light blue ink for the wood grain, and the flowers are embossed in more of my favorite GILDED embossing powder. I added a little bit of coloring to the flowers, but left most of the image uncolored. I love the simple lines of this image!

I also added a few Nuvo drops to these flowers, as well. The sentiment was stamped in Versafine black ink, and then I embossed over that with some clear embossing powder.
