Kindred Stamps Legendary Forest Scene

Welcome, friends! Im going to be doing videos featuring Kindred Stamps on my YouTube channel and blog. I hope you are as excited as I am!

For this card, I used the stamp set, LEGENDARY, from Kindred Stamps. I knew I wanted to build an enchanted forest scene for our characters, so I grabbed a few of my supplies to begin creating.

I started by stamping and then coloring my images. Once they were fully colored with my Stylefile markers, I fussy cut them out and set them aside to work on building my scene.

I used Distress Inks to ink blend a green and yellow background. I also stenciled on some grass along the bottom of the card.

Once my ink blending was finished, I splattered on some Gilded Liquid Elements for add some sparkly spots on the background.

I grabbed my Birch Tree Cutting Plate from Taylored Expressions and die cut the trees. I used my Altenew A Walk in the Woods background stamp to stamp a woodgrain pattern onto the trees, and then ink blended over it using some brown shades of Distress ink.

I then adhered the birch trees over the ink blended background using some Brutus Monroe glue. Then, I added the two characters with some foam adhesive.

Lastly, I added the sentiment which I embossed with Gilded Embossing Powder with some Craft Perfect foam squares.
