Kindred Stamps- Legendary- Coloring a Silhouette

Welcome back to my blog, and one final card with the Kindred Stamps set, Legendary! This time, I ink blended a night sky and colored our character to be more of a silhouette!

I started by stamping the character and then adding some Nuvo masking fluid over him. Once the fluid was dry, I used various colors of Distress Ink to ink blend the background. I also used a swirly stencil to add some designs to the light part of the background.

I then slowly removed the masking fluid to reveal the uncolored image of our character below. Then, I grabbed my alcohol markers and colored him in, trying a backlit, silhouette type of coloring.

I have so much to learn with this backlit stuff!

Once he was colored in, I added the triangles and the sentiment by heat embossing some Gilded embossing powder from Brutus Monroe!
