Spellbinders- March Small Die Kit- March Subscription Blog Hop- Marie Nicole Designs-2033

Hello, friends! Im taking part in today’s blog hop with Spellbinders! We are celebrating all the March Club Kits, and I am showing off a card that combines the Small Die of the Month Club Kit, mixed with the Glimmer Club Kit. These two kits work so well together; they are both a spring theme!

Die Cut All Your Pieces

I started my card by die cutting all the pieces I was going to need with my Small Die Kit. I wanted lots of green branches, colorful flowers, and my little bunny. I also had some die cuts leftover from my PREVIOUS CARD made with this die set, so I grabbed those, as well.

I also went ahead and used my Modern Essential Nested Rectangle dies from Spellbinders to cut three window panels from the front of my card front. I wanted to be able to fill these windows with greenery popping out from behind.

Decorate with Die Cuts

After my pieces were all cut, I used my Journey Craft Glue to adhere all my pieces around my window. I added some liquid glue, then adhered the pieces behind my card front, making sure to arrange them peeking out into the negative space of the windows.

I also had some crackle eggs left from my GLIMMER KIT POST and I wanted to nestle those into my windows, as well. I selected a color variety and adhered them so they would just pop up from the bottom of each window. So cute!

I then added foam adhesive behind my window panel and popped it up on a kraft cardstock card base. I love the natural and soft colors of this card design.

Finishing Touches

To finish off my card, I added my little bunny in front on foam adhesive. I also added the sentiment that I glimmered with the Glimmer Kit for March, and then finished the whole card with some clear, sparkly sequins.
