Hey there, crafty friends! Im sharing some bright and colorful cards today featuring some exclusive stencils from Scrapbook.com! These stencils seemed to be made for each other, so I layered them together to create patterned rainbow cards with encouraging sentiments.

Ink Blend the Rainbow
Step 1 in creating these cards was to tape down the Little Rainbows stencil over a piece of Neenah cardstock. I then used my Scrapbook.com hybrid inks to selectively ink up the rainbows in different colors.
Once the rainbows were colored in, I used some black ink to ink each of the little hearts on the stencil. I think the addition of a pop of black against the colorful rainbows makes it just a bit more vibrant!
Add Some Fluffy Clouds
Since you can’t have rainbows without clouds, I layered the Little Clouds stencil over the rainbows for step 2 of my card. I added some Altenew Embossing Paste over the stencil by spreading it on with Scrapbook’s Craft Scraper. This scraper can apply your medium to large areas, making the stenciling so much faster! Once my paste was applied, I cleaned up by using a few baby wipes.
Then, I used my heat tool to dry the paste. The fun thing about this paste is when you add heat to it, it puffs up as it dries. Perfect for creating fluffy clouds!
Stamp Your Sentiment
I added the encouraging sentiments by stamping them onto a few pink hearts. The stamp set used here is Scrapbook’s Cards for Kindness stamp set. It includes a number of great sentiments that can be added to most of your general card themes, including thank you, thinking of you, and birthday cards.
I used my black ink and my Misti to stamp these sentiments several times to achieve a crisp, black impression. Then, I layered all the pieces together over a light grey card base which I added some rainbow stripes to. I then brushed the stripes with Scrapbook’s Glitter Brush Marker to finish the cards!
Thanks for stopping by! I hope these colorful cards brought a smile to your face today!
Until next time,
