Easy Origami Bookmarks

I’m sharing something a bit different than my usual card post today- bookmarks! These little origami bookmarks are so simple to make, kids love them, and you really only need paper!

Dress Them Up!

After these are folded (instructions in video above), you can dress them up any way you like! I chose to use a few stencils from Scrapbook.com. I used their Kitty Kat stencil and their Puppy Dog stencil. Both of these were just the right size for adding cute faces onto the bookmarks.

Of course, if you don’t have stencils you can always just use a pencil, marker, pen, crayon- anything you have!

Once your face is added, dress it up even more by cutting out cute ears and other pieces to decorate.

Add Some Dies!

If you are a cardmaker like myself, you probably have a ton of dies laying around. I used a few dies I had to create a cute little bunny bookmark! I added eyes, ears, and a cute little heart for the nose.

I also used cardstock from Scrapbook.com. The cardstock is thicker than regular origami paper, so it will be a little more difficult to fold if that is what you choose to do. Not impossible, though! If you don’t want to fold cardstock, just stick with regular printer paper.

That’s it for today! Thanks for stopping by!

Until next time,
Marie Nicole
