Rainbow Bubbles

I love these fun open circles on this month’s kit. Not only are they fabulous for adding polka dots to your projects, but I decided to foil them with some clear foil and then color them in to look like bubbles!

I can’t take the credit for how I colored these bubbles. I watched an amazing tutorial by my friend Mona and it was so inspiring if you want to learn to color rainbow bubbles. I will link HERE if you want to watch her tutorial!

I didn’t bother to color all the bubbles in. I wanted a more random pattern to make it look like they were floating, so I just colored select bubbles. You can still see the uncolored bubbles when you tip the card in the light.

I added a fun sentiment by glimmering several strips of cardstock, and then I used those same colors of cardstock to add some stripes on the background of my card.

To finish my card, I added some clear sequins here and there to make it look like even more tiny little bubbles floating around. In the end, I think this turned out to be a really fun and festive card!
