Tonic Studios August Stamp Club + BLOG HOP!

Thanks for joining us on today’s Stamp Club BLOG HOP with Tonic Studios! Im sharing their August Stamp Club which contains Christmas themed dies and stamps. I’m going a little bit un-traditional today with pastel pinks and greens for my cards!

Mini Slimline

My first card I made with this set was this pretty mini slimline. A slimline is typically 3×6, and that’s exactly what my card’s dimensions are.

I stamped the branches on the background using pink and green inks, and then I stamped and embossed the gold speckles on the background as well, to give a little sparkle!

I then stamped out and colored the flowers and then die cut them using the coordinating dies in this month’s bundle. I clustered them together in the middle of the branches, and then stamped the sentiment in the top left corner.

Pretty Frame

For my second card, I taped off a few stripes and ink blended them onto the background. Then, I added the striped panel onto my card base with foam adhesive. I also cut the front panel a bit narrower than my card base, so I stamped and embossed those gold speckles again down the left side.

Then, to embellish the front of my card, I stamped out the flowers in a light gray, and die cut them with my die machine. The gold frame is also die cut from the stamp and die bundle for this month. I arranged the frame and flowers, and then added the little sentiment in front after I stamped it out in black ink.

BONUS CARD!

I didn’t show how I created this third card on camera, but its pretty simple! I just die cut a ton of leaves from the die set from colored cardstock, and then arranged them in a wreath. Then, I added little pink berries, and a touch of glitter drops for embellishment.

I also added a few cardstock stripes to the background before adding the wreath. Loving the pink and green colors!

I hope you are enjoying today’s blog hop with Tonic Studios to celebrate the August Stamp Club release!

What a gorgeous color combo! I am not usually a fan of gold, I like silver better…but the gold is just perfect in this combo. 😊

Gorgeous cards and such pretty colours. I am always amazed how each crafter’s work displays such a different creativity using exactly the same base set of dies and stamps! Super work. 🥰

Gorgeous cards and I love the soft color palette. I tend to make holiday cards with very vivid colors so I may try a softer palette with non traditional colors.
