Hey, friends! Are you ready for Christmas cards? I am sharing a fun slimline card using a stamp and stencil from Spellbinders.
Im in love with these three Wise Men silhouettes against a starry night sky!

I ink blended the night sky using several shades of blue, leaving the middle part of the background light so it looks as though there is a glow coming from behind the hills.

I then marked out where my hill layers would be adhered down, and stamped the silhouette images with some black ink. Then, I added the hills over the images to make it look as though the Magi were on their way to Bethlehem!

I used a palette knife and some glitter paste to stencil stars around my silhouette scene, and then let the paste dry.
To finish this card, I added a little rhinestone to the Christmas star, and then stamped and embossed the sentiment in silver embossing powder.
I loved adding this scene to a slimline card. The extra length worked really well in making it feel like the wise men are traveling a long distance!
If you are interested in this stamp and stencil set, make sure you stop by Spellbinders to check it out!
Until next time,
Marie Nicole
