The November Card Kit from Spellbinders is out now!
This month, the theme is a beautiful outdoorsy, camping, nature-y feel. I absolutely love it. Lots of images of woodland creatures. Constellations in the starry sky. Woodgrain and campfires.
Here’s a few examples of what I created with this month’s kit…
For this first card, I created a fun night-inspired scene over top of the plaid patterned paper in the background. I used a bit of watercolor behind the starry window, and then layered a number of die cut pieces over the top. Adding a sentiment using some of the puffy stickers from the kit is so quick and easy in order to finish off your projects.
My second card is another fun outdoor theme using patterned papers and again, ephemera pieces from the kit. I also added some of the die cut mushrooms from the die set included.
For my third card, I used the frame die and layered it together several times to create a geometric embellishment for the front of my card.
Over my layered frames, I added a sentiment and some flowers and a butterfly. This card ended up looking a little more feminine and spring-y, but I like how there is versatility in this card kit!
And for my final card, I kept it simple by creating a pretty little wreath using the mushrooms and leaves from the die set in the kit.
Just a simple layering of patterened paper, die cuts, and some gold Nuvo drops all around. Simple, pretty card!
Thats a look at the Card Kit for November.
Until next time,
